Kilt System

Kilt, the new concept of window treatment. Kilt is a permanent vertical pleating process for curtain fabric. This process forms a permanent pleat every 8cm and provides a totally new and very decorative curtain design.

Product Information • For applications in combination with crank operated systems Silent Gliss 3890 or electrically operated systems Silent Gliss 5100. • Max. system lengths: crank operated System Silent Gliss 3890 and electrically operated system Silent Gliss 5100 = 10m • Can also be used with other Silent Gliss curtain tracks, please enquire for further information. • Various stacking options, but symmetrical only. • Standard colour: anodised aluminium. However tracks can be custom coloured on application. • Easy fixing/removing. Kilt, a new range of colours and fabrics Kilt is available in nearly 50 colours and two fabric qualities: Colorama 1 (135 g/sq.m) and Colorama 2 (260 g/sq.m) provide the perfect solution for every kind of interior decoration and aesthetic preference. Using Colorama fabrics allows to match Kilt with every other Silent Gliss curtain system, be it roller blinds or vertical blinds, panel glides or roman shades. Kilt curtains are delivered ready made with different curtain track systems up to a maximum drop of 3.2m Kilt also means easy care The special design of permanent pleats remains even after many times of washing: wash the curtain at 30C (machine wash but no spinning), hang it up, stack it and let dry. Kilt is treated with neither resin nor glue and therefore retains its soft grip. Kilt is made of 100% Trevira CS, thus observing flame retardant standards (DIN 4102 B1)
